'CSI,' 'Hangover' actor faces sex charge in Vegas

An actor who had a bit part on the film "Hangover" and TV's "CSI" is accused of impersonating a police officer to coerce a woman into sex.

Police said Douglas Brian Irvin Jr. responded to an ad for a sensual body rub and asked a masseuse to come to his hotel room at the Hooters Casino Hotel in Las Vegas May 15.   She told investigators that Irvin touched her against her will and offered her $10,000 for sex.  She said she agreed but asked for the money up front.

Then, investigators said Irvin pulled out a laminated identification card that said "police" and told her she'd have to have sex with him for free or he would arrest her for vice.

Irvin, 32, faces several charges. He was booked Thursday into Clark County Detention Center on charges of impersonating an officer, oppression under color of law, and sexual assault and coercion.

He was being held without bail.   Irvin was scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
