Charlie Sheen -- No Public Trial in Lawsuit

Charlie Sheen has already had his first setback with his Two and a Half Men lawsuit. The actor will have to duel with Warner Brothers and Chuck Lorre in a private showdown, as the judge presiding over the cast has ruled Charlie cannot have a public trial.

The 45-year-old actor is suing the Men creator/producer and Warner Bros. for $100 million.

In the lawsuit, Charlie is demanding he get paid for the eight canceled Men episodes, and he’s also suing on behalf of the cast and crew of the hit CBS sitcom, plus punitive damages, for a grand total of $100,000,000.

A rep form Warner Bros. told TMZ: “We’re very gratified by the court’s ruling enforcing the parties’ arbitration agreement.”
