Se sintió indispuesto, y con síntomas de gripe.
Tiene 73 años, y hay que ir con cuidado.
Así que inmediatamente fue ingresado en un hospital de Nueva York.
Esperemos que se mejore este abuelete rebelde y sin causa.

Eva told Pageantry Magazine that, “The first day they signed me I had four auditions...It was pretty fast.” She quickly moved to Los Angeles and landed guest-starring roles on Beverly Hills 90210, General Hospital, The Bold and the Beautiful and The Young and the Restless. In 2003, she took a role as a detective in a TV remake of LA Dragnet and made her big-screen film debut in Carlita’s Secret, and also starred in the films Harsh Times, and The Sentinel. Eva's is most well-known as the beautiful Gabrielle Solis on the award-winning Desperate Housewives on ABC.

Riley Smith Update!

IMTA alum Riley Smith has two new exciting projects in the works! He will appear in the Halloween Episode of Ghost Whisperer! The episode called 'Head Over Heels' airs October 30th and Riley plays Sean, aka the headless horseman!

Riley will be headed to Dallas in a few weeks to start a new film called MinuteMan. For all the latest on Riley Smith, straight from the source, please follow Riley's twitter feed! You'll want to check out the Official IMTA twitter feed also!

Riley competed at IMTA in 1997 where he won Model of the Year for his age division. IMTA INSIDER: Riley was roommates with Ashton Kutcher in New York city when they were both competing at IMTA that year! Riley has been busy working in television and movies ever since.

Riley has appeared in many notable television shows and films such as: Drive, 7th Heaven, Freaks and Geeks, Gideon's Crossing, Boston Public, CSI: Miami, 24, Radio, Eight Legged Freaks, Weapons, and the thriller Gallowwalkers. Riley is also very musically talented and has released great CD's with his band The Life of Riley! You can listen their songs on The Life of Riley official band MySpace.

Sean Harju Models for Thom Browne

IMTA alum Sean Harju walked the runway for the fashion giant Thom Brown! The show was set at his New York store on Hudson Street. This show has received alot of attention as it illustrates a new silhouette for the designer! Sean competed at IMTA in Los Angeles in 2006 where he won first runner up for Male Model of the Year and signed with the legendary Major Model Management team. He has been featured in the magazine GQ where he was featured solo in a six page photo layout, in an editorial spread in Details, on the cover of the Japanese Magazine called HUGE, on the homepage for Eluxury and in a Diesel campaign ad. Sean is a favorite runway model and appeared in an astounding number of shows during the past season. He was in a Spring/Summer ad campaign for Dolce And Gabbana with fellow IMTA grad and supermodel Tyson Ballou and has modeled for Y-3 and Calvin Klein, Dior, Diesel, Lucien Palley Finet, Numero Hommes and many more.

Madonna is preparing to marry her toyboy lover Jesus Luz, according to reports.
The 51-year-old singer is lining up to defy critics of her nine-month relationship with the young Brazilian model and make him the next Mr Madonna before the end of the year.
The extraordinary claim came from a biographer of Madonna's, Randy Taraborrelli, writing in Hello! magazine today. Taraborrelli tells how Madonna speaks openly about her love for Luz, who is 22. She reportedly said of Luz: 'He's so sweet. He checks in with me all the time. I probably should do the same, but you know me. I think he gets it now that I'm a little - shall we say --self-involved.'
Taraborrelli writes: 'The pop queen has been dating Jesus since January and it is thought the pair may marry before the end of the year.

Con sus padres, Tom Cruise y Katie Holmes, y la niña ya andaba con tacones.
Más que princesita, a mi me parece que sigue los pasos de Madonna.
Hay que ver lo guapos que son los hijos de Cruise y los de Brangelina.
Me refiero a los hijos que no son adoptados.

Šta se dogodilo sa ženskim telom? Prosečna je žena danas nekoliko centimetara viša, ali i nekoliko kilograma teža nego 50-ih i 60-ih godina prošloga veka. Drukčiji način života uticao je na žensko telo, ali i na zdravlje.
Marilyn Monroe i danas za mnoge predstavlja ideal ženske lepote. Lepu glumicu krasile su raskošne grudi i bokovi te uzan struk, a mnogi muškarci i danas te mere uzimaju kao sinonim za žensku lepotu i privlačnost. Međutim, idealne mere ženskoga tela 90-60-90 danas su prava retkost. Telo žene više nema oblik peščanog sata jer se zbog drukčijeg načina života žene debljaju, a rastu im grudi i stopala, pokazuju nedavna istraživanja. Promene na ženskom telu uticale su i na zdravlje. Šta se, dakle, promenilo u proteklih pet decenija?

Visina Prosečna visina današnje žene je oko 160 centimetara, dok je pre 50-ak godina bila 150 centimetara. Uzroci takvih promena kriju se u kvalitetnijoj ishrani, ali i boljim životnim okolnostima. Danas žene žive u toplijim domovima, dostupna im je bolja medicinska zaštita, a i higijenski uslovi znatno su bolji. Umesto na neke druge stvari, energija se usmerava na rast. Nekada se puno energije trošilo na grejanje, a danas to više nije tako jer se živi u domovima gde grejanje dobro funkcioniše. Stručnjaci kažu da je više centimetara pozitivna stvar jer se žene mogu nadati dugovečnijem životu.

Težina i struk Iako žene danas unose jednak broj kalorija kao i pre 50-ak godina, ipak su deblje. Razlog je taj što se jede drukčija hrana. Žene danas konzumiraju puno masniju, ali i slađu hranu. Upravo zato su i deblje te imaju veće grudi, a to se odražava i na zdravlje. Osim toga, žene danas piju i znatno veće količine alkohola nego pre 50-ak godina. Zabeleženo je i da se današnje žene manje kreću zbog bolje dostupnosti prevoznih sredstava, a to slabi kondiciju i šteti zdravlju. Višak kilograma savremenih žena ogleda se i u povećanju opsega struka, što predstavlja veći rizik za obolevanje od srčanih bolesti. Treba reći i da je sedelački način života ostavio posledice. Žene troše manje kalorija i debljaju se, a preti im povećani rizik od kardiovaskularnih bolesti. Grudi U odnosu na pedesete i šezdesete godine prošlog veka, žene danas imaju veće grudi, a stručnjaci smatraju da je razlog tome porast gojaznosti. Veće grudi došle su i kao rezultat hormonalnih terapija koje danas primaju mnoge žene, posebno u menopauzi. Svoj doprinos toj pojavi dale su i kontracepcijske pilule. Veće grudi ne moraju nužno značiti i veći rizik od raka, ali su povezane s bolovima u leđima i drugim sličnim tegobama.

Stopala Pre 50-ak godina žene su nosile cipele broj 36, a danas nose broj 39. Naučnici veruju da su se ženska stopala morala produžiti i proširiti kako bi mogla lakše nositi veću visinu i težinu. Smatraju da se povećana masnoća taloži i na stopalima. Problem je što veća stopala mogu značiti porast krvnog pritiska jer su povezana s većom količinom masnoće. Osim toga, veća stopala danas nose i veću težinu, što može više opteretiti ligamente.

Životni vek Promene koje su se dogodile tokom proteklih pet i više decenija ipak su donele i pozitivne promene, pa žene danas žive duže. Nekada im je prosečni životni vek iznosio 70,9 godina, a danas je to 81,5 godina. Na dugovečnijem životu žene mogu zahvaliti kvalitetnijem načinu života, naprednoj medicini, boljim higijenskim uslovima domova, ali i mogućnosti izbora zdravije ishrane.

Najvažnija je hidratacijaVećina žena između 30 i 40 godina suočena je s brojnim obavezama na poslu i kod kuće, pa su samim tim više izložene svakodnevnom stresu, koji ostavlja vidljive tragove na koži. Eva Longoria in Season Premiere of Desperate Housewives!

Desperate Housewives Season 6 starring IMTA alum Eva Longoria premieres this Sunday September 27th 9/8c! Eva competed at IMTA in 1998 and is now a Hollywood A-list star! In Sunday's episode called Nice is Different Than Good, Eva stars as the stunning ex-model Gabrielle Solis and this season, her character is struggling to deal with her now live-in niece. According to ABC: "Mike Delfino's bride is revealed; Lynette faces another pregnancy; Bree tries to break free from her inhibitions; Carlos' niece puts Gaby to the test; a new family moves to Wisteria Lane." During the run of the show, two other talented IMTA alums have been on the show, Lyndsy Fonseca as Dylan Mayfair and Tiffany Thornton as Barbie!

Eva has been involved in many other projects. She recently hosted the annual ALMA awards and is currently featured in ads for the cosmetics company L'Oreal. IMTA alum Adrianne Palicki is guest-starring on an episode of Supernatural! The episode is called "Free to be You and Me" and it will air tonight on the CW!!! Adrianne will reprise her role as the ill-fated Jessica on this new episode of Supernatural!

Adrianne is also starring as Charlie in a new horror film called Legion which is scheduled for release in January 2010. Adrianne competed at IMTA in 2001! In an interview with the IMTA Video Crew, she said, "It was amazing. I love IMTA! I'm so sad it's over." Adrianne is currently filming a television show called Titan Maximum. She has also signed on to have a lead role in the 2010 remake of the 80's hit, Red Dawn where she will play Toni Mason. Adrianne will also return to Friday Night Lights for a multi-episode story arc to wrap up her beloved character Tyra's story.
