He plays Dale Helm, the biological father of the baby Eva's character kidnapped!Sam Horrigan competed at IMTA in 1993 and he has been acting ever since! He's appeared on One Tree Hill, Eight Simple Rules, Jack & Bobby and Joan of Arcadia! A working actor for 13 years, Sam specializes in playing the brainless jock or the bully. He's actually very smart and sweet as well as talented!
