Former "CHiPs" star Larry Wilcox and his wife Marlene have graduated a court-ordered personal financial management course together.
The course was required by a judge after the pair filed for bankruptcy during that whole securities fraud mess last year ... in which they allegedly set up a phony company to generate bogus stock sales.
Wilcox -- best known for playing Jon Baker on "CHiPs" back in the day -- pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud and was sentenced to three years probation and 500 hours of community service.
The two completed their courses on Monday.
