Why Is Arnold Schwarzenegger's Mistress, Mildred Patricia Baena Lawyering Up?

Should Arnold Schwarzenegger be worried?

We already knew that in the wake of his extramarital affair with a former housekeeper has led to wife Maria Shriver leaving the family compound and hiring a crackerack divorce attorney.

Now, E! News has confirmedthat his baby-mama mistress , Mildred Patricia Baena , has retained her own legal eagle.

Michael Saltz has come aboard to represent Baena, according to a spokeswoman for his firm, Jacobson, Russell, Saltz & Fingerman.

So far, the firm says, Baena has no plans to launch any litigation, but the rep declined to elaborate.

Why would she lawyer up?
Perhaps Baena wants to make sure Schwarzenegger lives up to his paternal responsibilities when it comes to their 13-year-old son. There have been reports that Schwarzenegger has provided money for the family, including the downpayment for their house , and with the scandal intensifying Baena might want to get a deal in writing.

Saltz (who is traveling and wasn't available for comment) has a backgroundas a prosecutor and has extensively worked in real-estate cases. But his firm also specializes in entertainment deals, which means Baena could be looking to cash in on her sudden infamy.

Or maybe she just wants to sue George Lopez 's pants offfor that sketch last night .

Mildred Patricia Baena Kept Mistress Secret From Arnold’s Son

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Mildred Patricia Baena kept her affair as Arnold Schwarzenegger’s mistress a secret from her family, herhusband and even her son, claims a new report. MildredPatricia Baena (photos below) was known to friends as Patty Baena or Mildred Baena. But now a new report this weekend claims that friends and family may not have known that her son’s biological father was Arnold Schwarzenegger over the entire last thirteen years.
Arnold Schwarzenegger has yet to comment about the details extensively. Nor has Mildred Patricia Baena. But now a new report claims that Mildred Patricia Baena passed off two different men as her love child’s father since he was birth over a decade ago.
An initial birth certificate obtained by Los Angeles news in 2010 first tipped offreporters that something was erroneous. On the birth certificate for Mildred Patricia Baena’s son, she listed the child’s father as her then biological husband. But in her divorce papers years later, she indicated to a California Divorce Court that the man had no children with her during her marriage.
That ex husband has to speak out. On the birth certificate, Baena, then married, listed her name as Mildred Patricia Peña, not Mildred Patricia Baena. For the child’s father, she listed on the birth certificate her then husband Rogelio de Jesus Baena.

Arnold Schwarzenegger faces second adultery claim Gigi Jeffers (aka Gigi Goyette) said Arnold started their affair whenshe was 16

Already one former actress has claimed she had a tryst with the actor/stud/politician. One Gigi Jeffers (aka Gigi Goyette) claims she was a tender 16-year-old acting in Little House on the Prairie in 1975 when Arnold had his way with her.

That was before he married Kennedy scion Maria Shriver. Then it all gets a little sticky. E! Online says Gigi claims to have had an encore engagement with Arnold around 1989, three years after he married Maria.
It goes on to say that Arnold coughed up about $20,000 in 2003 to ensure Gigi didn't blab about their coupling during his run for California governor in 2003. (The site also mentions that the former body-builder has been cruelly disinvited from attending the opening of a Singapore theme park this weekend, thanks to the sexcapade scandal.)

Like many celeb squeezes before her, Gigi has hired lawyer-to-the-stars Gloria Allred to represent her. You may remember Allred as the beagle behind many of Tiger Woods' extramarital objects of affection.

We wonder if Maria knows what she unleashed when she confronted housekeeper Mildred Baena over hubbie's love child.

We can only speculate how many other gals will spill some salacious beans about Arnie in the coming days. Double figures anyone?

sex scandals of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Dominique Strauss-Kahn, And Nevada's John Ensign

John Timpane
Inquirer Staff Writer say some different point of view about the recent scandals of famous people like Former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger admits to having a child, by housekeeper Mildred Baena, threatening his marriage. Dominique Strauss-Kahn, who resigned Wednesday as head of the International Monetary Fund, is indicted oncharges of sexual assault andattempted rape. And Nevada's John Ensign flees the Senate before he can be expelled for a nasty sex scandal.

He has quoted examples of Henry Kissinger In 1971, he said:"Power is the great aphrodisiac." Two years later, he pumped it up:"Power is the ultimate aphrodisiac."

Since David first set eyes on Bathsheba, powerful men have been doing foolish sexual things in a sybaritic salsa across the world's pages.

What is it with these guys? That question faces us with the depredations of power; amisled, disappointed search for intimacy; and the sickness at the heart of success. The rot within. Political analysts stress the link between sexual excess and power. "It's yet another confirmation of the truth of Lord Acton's aphorism that 'power [tends to] corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely,' " says Ross Baker, professor of political science at Rutgers. For Strauss-Kahn and Schwarzenegger, he says, that became " 'power delights and absolute power is absolutely delightful.' For those delightful moments, these two powerful men are paying the price of public humiliation."

Narcissism and abuse.

Politicians, studies suggest, are no more prone to affairs than nonpoliticians. But they live in a pressingly intimate world ripe for such encounters. On the May 18 Diane Rehm Show on NPR, Sandra Sobieraj-Westfall, Washington editor of People, told Rehm that public figures"become so cloistered by an apparatus of staff and pollsters and handlers . . . adoring . . . and enabling. . . . It does breed a sense of invincibility on top of an already superinflated ego."

Michele Swers, associate professor of government at Georgetown University, added that with Ensign, "you had adoring staffers who tried to protect him . . . and a story of sexual harassment and power over your employees." Eric Pape of Foreign Policy magazine said Strauss-Kahn enjoyed admiring throngs in finance, in politics, and in the classroom: "He had this job at the IMF that had him jet-setting around the world like he's a head of state. . . . Itcertainly creates a rock-star-like environment."

Abuse of power means abuseof people.

Philadelphia therapist SaraKay Smullens, an expert on abuse in families, says,"Schwarzenegger was abusing his whole family, notjust his housekeeper, but also Maria [Shriver], his wife, and all his children." Think of the women made public cuckolds by their prominent husbands: Hillary Rodham Clinton, Elizabeth Edwards, Darlene Ensign, Jenny Sanford, Shriver, and Silda Wall-Spitzer.

David Greenwald, a clinical psychologist with practices in Center City and Doylestown, says: "A certain number of the men I see, prone to very risky behavior like this, have a sense of entitlement: 'I deserve this. I don't have to play by the same rules as other people. Gravity doesn't apply to me. I'm an Alpha Male, and that goes with the territory.' "
Trying to fill the lack. But Greenwald adds that "many more of my patients are people who have never had asense of being loved, and who, therefore, substitute compulsive sexual encounters, which at least give some sense of connection."

Robert Weiss, founding director of the Sexual Recovery Institute in Los Angeles, says: "These are people who, always having lacked control, search for what they can't ever have: controllable intimacy. It has to be intense; a spouse can never do it." Exhibit A: Bill Clinton. "Abandonment and alcoholism in the family, and he develops a skill set whereby he can get intimacyby entertaining and getting close to people."

As Smullens puts it: "There's a grandiosity that's a cover-up for severe kinds of insecurity." It cuts across all classes and professions, says Weiss, "from politicians to firefighters."
Is it more of a male thing?"Among people we treat," Weiss says, "80 percent of the men act out through sex, and 80 percent of the women through food. But the syndrome is largely the same."

The psychopathy of achievement. Irony and sadness abound. Society gives permission to such men and their drives, Weiss says, "because their achievements help drive society forward." But as Greenwald observes, "It has an effect on the whole culture, because these guys are searching for $10 billion bonuses while their companies bust the economy."

Not to call anyone a psychopath, but there is a disturbing trend. Kevin Dutton, expert on psychopathy among CEOs and author of Split-Second Persuasion , a study of the ways of charmers and seductives, says: "The kind ofpersonality that rises to the top of shark-infested professions like politics and finance tends to be ruthless, fearless, charming, and somewhat lacking in the conscience department. Nowwhile such attributes are pretty much de rigueur in the business world, if the corporate cage suddenly springs open and the beast gets out into everyday life, it's almost certainly going to end in tears."

UPDATE: Arnold's Mistress Was Fired

Los Angeles - The longtime staff member who mothered a child with former Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger threatened to go public with details of their illicit affair because he fired her, it was reported today.

According to celebrity news website RadarOnline.com , the real reason behind the former governor's admission that he fathered a son with Mildred Patricia Baena was because of Baena's reaction when Schwarzenegger fired her from her housekeeper's job in an attempt to save his crumbling marriage.

"Mildred was furious that the father of her 14-year-old son would callously fire her from her job after decades of loyal service," one of the woman's confidantes reportedly told RadarOnline, speaking on condition of anonymity. "She admitted to friends how she finally wanted to tell the secret - that she had kept faithfully for 14 years -- to the world."

According to RadarOnline, it was not known if Baena's tell-all plan was ever executed, or if the threat prompted Schwarzenegger's disclosure about the child.

However, the revelation that she was fired is in direct contradiction to claims that she retired in January after two decades of working for Schwarzenegger and Shriver.

"Mildred did not retire ... she was working for Arnold and Maria until about four weeks ago," a source reportedly told RadarOnline.

Arnold Schwarzenegger quiere actuar

Su último papel importante fue en Terminator 3: La rebelión de las máquinas, si bien hizo apariciones en "Around The World In 80 Days", "Welcome To The Jungle" y "The Expendables".
Eso fue para matar el gusanillo...que le picaba.
