Biffy Clyro will preview their first ever live album and DVD set 'Revolutions // Live At Wembley' (out June 27th) with the June 20th release of a live version of their single 'Mountains' on 14th Floor Records.
The original version of 'Mountains' became Biffy Clyro's highest charting single to date when it reached #5 in August 2008 and would later feature on the band's all-conquering album 'Only Revolutions' which peaked at #8 in the album chart and has sold over 600,000 copies in the UK alone. Like the rest of the 'Revolutions // Live At Wembley' album, 'Mountains' was recorded on December 4th 2010.

'Revolutions // Live At Wembley' celebrates the band's career to date as it includes songs ranging from fan favourite '57' which originally featured on their debut EP right up to the present day with performances of all of the singles taken from 'Only Revolutions'. Harking back to the classic live albums of the Seventies, the 90-minute set includes numerous other classics from their back catalogue including 'Saturday Superhouse', 'Folding Stars' and 'Glitter and Trauma'.
In addition to the nineteen-track CD, 'Revolutions // Live at Wembley' also features a DVD filmed at the same show, a full band commentary on the show and a documentary of last year's T in the Park show entitled 'Only Reflections'.
The album will also be released in two extended versions: a 2CD / DVD set featuring six extra songs and a very special collector's edition metal box.
The release of the album caps an already hectic summer for Biffy Clyro. Their summer live dates include festival headline sets at Sonisphere (July 9th) and Wakestock (July 10th), a main stage set at Glastonbury (June 24th) and two shows as special guests to Foo Fighters at the Milton Keynes National Bowl on July 2nd and 3rd.
The release of 'Only Revolutions' catapulted Biffy Clyro into rock's premier league. Aside from 'Mountains', it features a number of other hits in the shape of 'Many of Horror' (#8), 'That Golden Rule' (#10), 'The Captain' (#17), 'Bubbles' (#34) and 'God and Satan' (#36).
Biffy Clyro won Best Live Band at this year's NME Awards, Best Video for 'The Captain' at both the NME and Kerrang! Awards, and were nominated for two Q Awards. They also earned their first ever Brit and Mercury Prize nominations.
