IMTA alum Eva Longoria Parker returned as the host of the ALMA Awards! Check out the video above for a reel of highlights! The ALMA Awards (American Latino Media Arts) recognize excellence in latin actors portrayals. Honourees included Amercia Ferrara, Charlie Sheen and Shakira.
Eva stole the show as host with ten costume changes! She wore ten floor-length gorgeous couture gowns! This is Eva's second year to host the prestigious awards. She is also the event's Executive Producer.
Eva competed at IMTA in 1998
and had 38 agencies and managers interested in representing her! She signed with a manager she had met at the convention. Eva told Pageantry Magazine that,“The first day they signed me I had four auditions...It was pretty fast.” She quickly moved to Los Angeles and landed guest-starring roles on Beverly Hills 90210, General Hospital, The Bold and the Beautiful and The Young and the Restless. Most of us know
her best as the coquettish and beautiful Gabby on Desperate Housewives.
