IMTA alum Wayne Lopez is in post production on the film The Soloist where he plays Officer Hank. The story revolves around a homeless musician from Skid Row who suffers from schizophrenia while attempting to achieve his life long dream to play at Walt Disney Concert Hall. This film stars Robert Downey Jr., Catherine Keener and Jamie Foxx and is expected in theaters on November 21!Wayne recently shot Raising The Bar, a Stephen Bochco produced, courtroom drama that will air on TNT this Fall. Wayne will be the clerk in this exciting new television show. Wayne's resume includes a guest appearances on Rules of Engagement, Grey's Anatomy, ER, Without a Trace, Joey, on 3 episodes of another IMTA alum Eva Longoria's hit show Desperate Housewives, Six Feet Under, CSI: Miami, and in a Subway commercial with Joe Torre and Willie Randolf. He is an excellent actor who won Talent of the Year when he competed at IMTA. He gave us an interview after he became a working actor and said,"The IMTA experience opened a lot of doors, I can't even say doors, doors are too small...avenues!"
