MONACO, Monaco, March 13 - Prince Albert of Monaco reportedly is planning to marry his longtime girlfriend, former South African swimming champion Charlene Wittstock.The French magazine Point de Vue reported the 50-year-old reputed former playboy intends to marry Wittstock, 30, in Monaco later this year.
