With paparazzi everywhere, the couple seemed unconcerned about who spotted them.
Rosie once dated Ronnie Wood's son Tyrone and more recently was in a relationship with Kylie Minogue's ex Olivier Martinez.
But it seems she has now fallen for the charms of Statham, who starred in the Transporter series and Lock Stock films.
At the beginning of last month Statham was in a relationship with long-term girlfriend Alex Zosnon, attending events together.
But he was spotted canoodling with Rosie at South Kensington’s Brompton Club in March.
‘They arrived together and took a table at the back of the club, with a few friends and a magnum of vodka,’ a source told the Mail. ‘They spent the night dancing together.’
